Good news! The number of Americans studying abroad has more than doubled in the past decade, and is reaching a new record this year. According to a just-released study by the Institute of International Education, the number of U.S. college students who studied abroad reached 206,000 this year, up from 83,000 a decade ago and 45,000 two decades ago.
